PocketPlayTerms of Use

These terms apply to the PocketPlay website, mobile app, and games. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use PocketPlay
You must be at least 16 years old to use PocketPlay. If local law requires a higher age or parental permission, you must meet that requirement as well. Use PocketPlay only where it is lawful to do so.
2. Permission to use the app
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the website and app for entertainment. PocketPlay and its games, artwork, text, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where the law permits.
3. Fair play and availability
Do not cheat, use automated tools to abuse rewards, disrupt other users or services, or attempt unauthorized access. We may change, pause, or remove games and features, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that saved progress will always be recoverable.
4. Coins, rewards, and purchases
Some features may use in-app coins, rewards, or optional rewarded ads. These items are for use within PocketPlay, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. Current development builds use a simulated checkout provider, so confirmation does not charge real money. If real-money purchases are introduced, we will provide applicable pricing and terms before a charge is made.
5. Third-party services
PocketPlay may use third-party analytics, advertising, and hosting services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Disclaimer and responsibility
PocketPlay is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not make a guarantee that the app will be error-free or fit a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for losses arising from your use of PocketPlay is limited to losses directly caused by our breach of these terms.
7. Changes and contact
