1. Information we handle

• On your device: game progress, scores, favorites, settings, and consent choices may be stored locally so the app works as expected.
• App services: when the app connects to our backend, it may send a pseudonymous player or device identifier, session information, game and reward activity, coin balance, entitlement and order records, and technical information needed to operate those services.
• Analytics: if you consent, Firebase Analytics may receive app usage events and device or app information to help us understand performance and improve the games.
• Rewarded ads: if you choose an ad-supported reward, Unity LevelPlay and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Availability depends on your region and settings.
• Website: this site has no account, forms, or first-party analytics. Its hosting provider may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and access time to deliver and secure the site.

2. How we use information

We use information to save and restore progress, provide app features and rewards, operate the coin and entitlement systems, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, understand gameplay when analytics is enabled, and meet legal obligations.

3. When information is shared

We share information only as needed with providers that operate the app or website, including our backend and hosting providers, Google Firebase for consent-based analytics, and Unity LevelPlay and participating ad networks for rewarded ads. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

4. Your choices

You can change available privacy and ad preferences in the app’s settings. You may stop using the app and remove locally saved information by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. Disabling analytics or ad personalization does not necessarily stop all technical data needed to operate the app or show non-personalized ads.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Backend records are kept only as long as needed for operation, security, accounting, or legal requirements. To request access to or deletion of information we hold, contact us at contact@quarksbox.com. We may need information to verify a request and may retain records where the law requires it.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including protected network connections where the app communicates with services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. PocketPlay is not intended for children under 16; anyone under 16 should not use the app.
